Between Land and Sky

Poems and Ramblings by Julia Meylor Simpson

Weekly photo challenge: Sun

Well, I couldn’t find any photos of sun, and I couldn’t take one because the sun has already gone down today.

So I looked long and hard and decided to post this photo as my “sun” challenge. This is my grandniece, Ella. When she smiles, she smiles with her whole face, and she lights up from within.

I find myself smiling and squinting, too, just as if I was looking at the sun.

Enjoy!
