When I visited the Public Market in Seattle, I remember wanting to see the fish being thrown around. Once I got there, I was carried away by the flower stalls and the colors and the textures and all the close-ups and details I wanted to collect. I could have taken photos forever, but it was the end of the day and the flowers were all being stored away and daylight was gone by the time I left.

I know, and I’m grateful that you did it. A lot of people don’t. I think it’s nice to share what other people interpret 🙂

Julia, every time I visited my cousin, I made a trip (or two…) to that market. Just around the corner was a tiny shop that made fresh crumpets and there was so much more. I took my son up there several years ago and have a photo of him catching a salmon. There are also photos of that same woman with her flowers. She had some arrangements of flowers that also had fruits and vegetables worked in. There are a lot of memories there. Thanks for the walk down memory lane. 🙂
